Our office was founded in 1999 and consists of 3 company auditors, Peter Robrechts, Monika Lenaerts and Jens Michiels.

Main mission

The external auditor is a person of trust, whose main task is to certify the financial statements of companies on behalf of all interested parties, such as shareholders, financial institutions, creditors, the government, etc. In short, of society as a whole.

he may not engage in activities that conflict with the independence of his position
he may not have any financial interests in the entity for which he is conducting auditing assignments.
